I’m excited to share that I’ll be posting educational content a few times a week, all centered around Fitness, Self Love, and Esthetics. My goal is to use science and data to bring you the best, most up‑to‑date information possible.

These posts will focus on helping you grow your knowledge in fitness with basics, helpful tips, and simple tools you can use to feel more confident. I’ll also be sharing alternatives and modifications for things you may have struggled with in the past, so you can keep moving forward at your own pace.

When it comes to Esthetics, I’ll be including information on skincare, nail care, and fun ways to create spa‑like experiences from home. You’ll see plenty of “dos and don’ts,” myth‑busting, and guidance on what is actually necessary and safe for your skin and body.

And then there’s Self Love—one of the most important areas for personal growth. I’ll be sharing mantras, mindset tips, and supportive ideas to help you build or deepen your own self‑care and self‑love journey. It can be hard to know where to start, but my hope is that these posts help you find your way, whatever that looks like for you.

I’ll also be sharing a few personal tidbits along the way, because I’m growing right alongside you. I have goals I’m working toward too, and we’ll be in this together!

Eventually, I may even add topics like sleep and nutrition, because they’re such important parts of keeping your momentum going in all areas of your life.
