My Goals: Building My Ideal Self

 From self-care to strength, here’s how I’m creating my ideal self I introduced myself, and now I want to share my goals—because I’m on my own journey too. If you’re putting in the work for YOU, it’s only fair that I tell you what I’m doing for ME. 1. Treating My Body with Kindness My first goal is to treat my body with more kindness. That means accepting the things I can’t change and caring for my needs regularly. I struggle with negative self-talk and body dysmorphia, and as an autistic individual, I also deal with alexithymia—difficulty recognizing my body’s signals like hunger, thirst, or stress. To overcome this, I need a plan that ensures my basic needs are met and encourages time to rest and recharge in ways that work for ME. I believe this will help me engage with family, friends, and my career with more energy and momentum. 2.
